How long does it take to receive my order?
6–12 business days. We can expedite it to 2–4 business days.
Do you deliver abroad?
Personalized paintings have no boundaries — we deliver them wherever you are.
Can I see the painting before it is delivered?
You will receive a sketch of the photo so you can see how it looks (the sketch can be modified if needed).
*If you want to create a glitter painting but don’t have a photo with all the desired people, you can send us separate photos and we will place them together.
What happens if I don’t like the final version of the painting?
Before we send your painting, you will receive a sketch. We know how important this painting is to you, so we want to create it exactly to your liking. That’s why we will make as many adjustments as needed for you to be satisfied with the sketch. Once we receive your approval, we will produce the painting exactly as agreed in the sketch.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
If the painting is not delivered intact, we will remake it and send it again at no additional cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Between €25–65, depending on how urgent the delivery is.
Can I return personalized paintings?
No returns are accepted for personalized paintings.
